FAQ
We work with players at different levels, from juniors competing in national events, Tennis Europe and ITF Juniors tournaments to professional players with Grand Slam experience.
Our main focus is junior development, particularly players who have already started competing, are looking to progress to the international level, and are ready for serious, structured training.

Player Zone welcomes players from different countries, so communication at the academy takes place in several languages. Most training sessions are conducted in English, while some of our coaches also speak German and Russian.

Player Zone is a family-run tennis academy with an individual approach to every player. We don't operate on a high-volume model. Our coaches and management team support each player throughout the entire development process, monitor their progress and help build a long-term training plan.
Dozens of players who have trained at Player Zone have progressed to the international level and achieved results in both junior and professional tennis.
Many players and parents come to Player Zone through personal recommendations and particularly value the academy's atmosphere, their trust in our team and the individual attention given to every player.

The training schedule depends on the selected program. For example, the PRO program includes 3 hours of tennis and 1 hour of fitness training per day, typically divided into a two-hour tennis session, an additional one-hour tennis session and a separate fitness session.
Training takes place throughout the day, usually between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with breaks for rest, meals and recovery. The schedule is prepared daily and published in the Player Zone app each evening. Players and parents can see the training times, coaches, training partners and plan for the following day in advance.
Meals for players are prepared in advance, so there is no fixed lunch time. Players can eat whenever it fits best between their training sessions.

In most Player Zone programs, two players train on one court with one coach. This is our standard format, allowing us to maintain a high training intensity while still personalizing the objectives and workload for each player.
Higher-level programs, such as PRO Plus, also include daily one-on-one sessions with a coach. Fitness training is conducted individually as well.

Our coordinator and coaches select training partners for each session based on the player's level, age, playing style and current training objectives.
Training partners may change throughout the program. Most sessions are played with athletes of a similar level, but we also include sessions with stronger players and players at a slightly lower level. This provides a wider range of match situations and helps players adapt to different playing styles, speeds and levels of intensity.
We aim to maintain the right balance so that every pairing supports the player's development and has a clear training purpose.
